Ersin Üstsoy
I work in digital transformation, project management, AI applications and data-informed decision-making.
I have worked across the automotive, aviation, retail, energy, health insurance and banking sectors. My experience centres on project management offices, agile working, process improvement and the use of data in decision-making. In my AI work, I focus on bringing corporate data and analytics together with AI agents to automate workflows and support decision-making.
Stramento is my personal platform, where I share this experience through articles, courses and practical tools. My aim is to make topics encountered in working life easier to understand; to help you clarify an idea, explain the reasoning behind your decisions and see where to start putting them into practice.

Education and certifications
I completed a BSc in Statistics at Middle East Technical University and an MSc in International Management at the University of Reading.
I hold Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
