What happened?
tracks changes to software. When many people send edits to a shared code archive at once, a queue can form. OpenAI built to handle those requests. It reports that the time to send an edit fell to about one fifth of its previous level.

Their manager checks when each edit was finished, when it reached the shared archive and when a reviewer cleared it. If sending changes took most of the time, the team investigates that step. If the edits arrived immediately and waited overnight for review, the manager assigns a reviewer first.
