Uber begins rolling out ChatGPT Work to its employees

According to OpenAI’s announcement on 22 October 2026, Uber began rolling out ChatGPT Work to more than 30,000 employees after a 1,000-person pilot. It supports finding information, preparing meetings, making presentations and analysing data through approved apps. Measured productivity results were not disclosed.
