How can it help at work?
Prepare clearer instructions to turn meeting notes into tasks with owners and dates.
Spot missing information and claims that need verification in reports and customer replies.
Assess whether a chat assistant, rule-based automation or an AI agent fits a repetitive task.
Choose a small workplace trial and assess accuracy, time spent and the need for human checks.
What will you learn?
How AI generates responses and why it can make mistakes.
Writing instructions with a goal, context, constraints and an expected output.
Checking answers against sources, identifying assumptions and revising results.
The difference between automation and an agent, including tool use and checking results.
Following a rule-based workflow and a tool-using agent example in n8n.
Setting boundaries for data sharing, permissions, human approval and usage costs.
Who is it for?
Employees, managers and entrepreneurs who want to use AI more thoughtfully in their daily work. No previous AI, programming or automation experience is required; basic computer and internet skills are enough.
How will you put it into practice?
Follow workplace examples, n8n setup steps and connection diagrams. Then choose one task from your own work to plan a small trial. For example, compare an AI-generated task list with the original meeting notes and record omissions and time spent. This is a suggested exercise, not a promise of a specific productivity improvement.
