Leadership and Communication
Feedback
Information shared about someone’s work or behaviour to help them understand what is working and what could improve. Specific examples and their effects make it easier to understand.
Simple example
“You repeated the customer’s requested delivery date and checked it with them. That helped us correct a misunderstanding. Let’s keep using that check in future conversations.”
Why does it matter?
It helps people understand which behaviours to continue and which to change. It makes expectations explicit, so people do not have to guess what is needed.
